Bill Pay Customers: Beginning December 8, 2019, the processing time for paper payments in Bill Pay will be adjusted from four business days to five business days.  Mail delivery lead times are consistently monitored. The shift to a five business day processing time is necessary due to an increased duration of mail delivery.

 There will be no change to your experience using Bill Pay.  You will continue to see the earliest available payment date when scheduling a payment. Any future dated payments, including autopay and recurring, will be processed in alignment with your payment instructions.
