To better serve our customers, Security State Bank has rebranded our Online Banking and Mobile App effective March 9, 2020! The new services are now available.
ONLINE BANKING: There are now separate sites for Personal Online Banking and Business Online Banking. The Online Banking Login box on our website will have option buttons to choose either Personal Online Banking or Business Online Banking. MOBILE BANKING APP: Download the new Security State Bank Personal Mobile App from your device App store! Search for SSBWA or Security State Bank Washington. Please see the link below for Mobile Banking App Important Information.
THE FIRST TIME YOU LOG IN TO ONLINE BANKING OR THE MOBILE BANKING APP AFTER MARCH 9TH: Use your current Online Banking Access ID (all lowercase). If your current Access ID is an account number, all 10 digits of the account number will need to be entered. For your Password, use the last six digits of your Social Security Number (for Business Online users, use the last six digits of the Business EIN). Once logged in, you will be asked to read and approve the new Online Banking Terms & Conditions and will also be prompted to choose a new password.
The Mobile App Login and Password will be the same as your Online Banking Login and Password. You will only need to do the First Time Login steps once – either in Online Banking or when logging in to your Mobile App.
