To better serve our customers, Security State Bank has rebranded our Online Banking and Mobile App! The new services will be available Monday, March 9, 2020.
MARCH 5 THROUGH MARCH 9
Online Banking, Bill Pay and Mobile Banking will be unavailable as follows:
BILL PAY will be unavailable beginning MARCH 5 at 5:00 p.m. through MARCH 9 at 9:00 a.m. All pending bill pays will be completed as scheduled. No new bill pays or changes to bill pays can be made during this time.
MOBILE BANKING and MOBILE BANKING APP will be in Inquiry Only status beginning MARCH 6 at 12:00 a.m. through MARCH 9 at 9:00 a.m. Inquiry Only means that you can only view balances. No new transactions or mobile deposits can be made during this time.
ONLINE BANKING will be in Inquiry Only status beginning MARCH 6 at 5:00 p.m. through MARCH 9 at 9:00 a.m. Inquiry Only means that you can only view balances. All pending transfers will be completed as scheduled. No new transactions can be made during this time.

ONLINE BANKING: There will now be separate sites for Personal Online Banking and Business Online Banking. The Online Banking Login box on our website will have a drop down with options for Personal Online Banking or Business Online Banking. Please see the links below for Personal Online Banking Important Information and Business Online Banking Important Information.
MOBILE BANKING APP: Download the new Security State Bank Personal Mobile App from your device App store! Search for SSBWA or Security State Bank Washington. Please see the link below for Mobile Banking App Important Information.
THE FIRST TIME YOU LOG IN TO ONLINE BANKING OR THE MOBILE BANKING APP: Use your current Online Banking Access ID (all lowercase). For your Password, use the last six digits of your Social Security Number (for Business use the last six digits of the Business EIN). Once logged in, you will be asked to read and approve the new Online Banking Terms & Conditions and will also be prompted to choose a new password.
The Mobile App Login and Password will be the same as your Online Banking Login and Password. You will only need to do the First Time Login steps once – either in Online Banking or when logging in to your Mobile App.
